English Translation
मे mine, सुमहत् very great, यत् since, बलम् army, जनस्थाने at Janasthana, निवेशितम् had stationed, सदूषणखरम् with Dusana and Khara, रामेण by Rama, सायकैः arrows, हतम् killed.

I had stationed a great army at Janasthana, who were all killed along with Khara and Dusana by Rama's arrows.
