English Translation
एतावत् till that, वचनम् words, उक्त्वा spoken, बाष्पदूषितलोचनः vision blurred by tears, बाष्पदूषितया choked with tears, वाचा with words, उच्चैः loudly, भाषितुम् to speak further, न शक्नोति was not able to do.
