English Translation
मेघसोपानपङ्क्तिभिः by the stairway of clouds, अम्बरम् sky, आरुह्य climbing, दिवाकरम् Sun, कुटजार्जुनमालाभिः with garlands of kutaja and arjuna flowers, अलङ्कर्तुम् to decorate, शक्यम् is possible.
English Commentary
'It is possible to climb up to the sky on the stairs formed by the clouds and decorate the Sungod with garlands made of kutaja and arjuna flowers.
