English Translation
ततः then, परुषाः harsh, विकृताननाः hideous, राक्षस्यः नार्यः ogresses, तां सीताम् that Sita, उपागम्य having approached, अप्रियम् unbecoming, वाक्यम् words, परुषम् harshly, ऊचुः uttered.
English Commentary
Then the hideous ogresses approached Sita and spoke these harsh words in an unbecoming manner: The ogresses chide Sita who resolutely condemned Ravana.
