English Translation
हनुमता Hanuman, एवम् in that manner, उक्तः spoken, सलक्ष्मणः Lakshmana, दशरथात्मजः son of Dasaratha, रामः Rama, तं मणिम् that ornament, हृदये to the bosom, कृत्वा held, प्ररुरोद wept.
English Commentary
Thus addressed by Hanuman, Rama held the token (Chudamani) against his bosom and wept with Lakshmana. Sri Rama wails piteously after seeing the token chudamani.
