English Translation
राक्षसर्षभ bull among Rakshasas, मम my, त्वयि you, स्नेहः affection, अस्ति being, मे to me, परा others, सम्भावना च considering, दैवासुरेषु Devas and Asuras, युद्धेषु in war, प्रतिव्यूह्य encountered, त्वया by you, देवाः Devas, असुराः Asuras, युधि in war, बहुशः perhaps, निर्जिताः won.
English Commentary
"O Bull among Rakshasas! Being my brother, do this for me. I always have affection for you. Considering that you have encountered war with Devas and Asuras and won both Devas and Asuras, do this help."
