English Translation
लक्ष्मण Lakshmana, राक्षसेन्द्रः Rakshasa king, असौ that, सुरेन्द्रशत्रुः enemy of Indra, ब्रह्मास्त्रम् Brahmastram, आश्रित्य secured, हरिसैन्यम् Vanara army, निपातयित्वा having pained, अस्मान् by that, शितैः sharp, शरैः arrows, प्रसक्तम् using that power, अर्दयति tormenting.
English Commentary
"Lakshmana! Rakshasa king, an enemy of Indra afflicted the Vanaras with the Brahmastram secured by him. Using that power, he is tormenting us with sharp arrows."
