इति thus, प्रतिसमादिष्टः commanded, मारुतात्मजः son of Maruti, हनुमान् Hanuman, निशाचरैः night ranger, पूज्यमानः offered prayers, लङ्कांपुरीम् into Lanka, प्रविवेश entered
English Commentary
Having been commanded, Hanuman offered prayers to Vibheeshana and entered Lanka. Hanuman communicates the victory of Sri Rama to Sita and the message.
