सम्प्रहृष्टाः very delighted, ते they, पूर्वम् first, ऋत्विग्भि: priests, ब्राह्मणैः brahmins, कन्याभिः virgin women, तथा so also, मन्त्रिभिः ministers, सनैगमैः merchants,, योथौश्च warriors, नभसि in the sky, स्थितैः stood, देवैः gods, चतुर्भिः four, लोकपालैश्च rulers of quarters, सङ्गतैः assembled, सर्वैः all, देवैश्च gods, सर्वौषथरसाश्चैपि all kinds of medicinal herbs, अभ्यषिञ्चन् consecration

First by priests, followed by brahmins, virgin women, so also ministers, merchants, warriors consecrated. Those who stood in the sky, the gods, the rulers of the four quarters, and all gods consecrated by sprinkling water containing medicinal herbs. All were very delighted.
