English Translation
रम्भे O Rambha, इह now, कौशिकस्य Kausika's, काममोहसमन्वितम् possessed by lust and passions, लोभनम् enticing, सुमहत् highly great, इदम् this, सुरकार्यम् work of devatas, त्वया by you, कर्तव्यम् fit to be done.
English Commentary
"O Rambha you must entice Viswamitra by lust and passion. This important work must be done by you in the interest of the gods". Viswamitra curses Rambha.
