English Translation
पुष्येण by the Pushya star, युक्तम् in conjunction, चन्द्रमिव resembling moon, धर्मभृताम् among upholders of righteousness, वरम् best, पुरुषपुङ्गवम् foremost among men, तम् him (Rama), प्रीत: pleased, यौवराज्ये as heirapparent, नियोक्ताऽस्मि propose to install.
English Commentary
I propose to install him (Rama), foremost among upholders of righteousness and the best of men who resembles the Moon in brightness when in conjunction with Pushya star, as heirapparent to the throne.
