English Translation
एषा this, मम my, प्रीति: यद्यपि even though I like, अन्यत् any alternative, हितम् means of welfare, विचिन्त्यताम् let it be thought over, मध्यस्थचिन्ता opinion of those without partiality, अन्या alternative, विमर्दाभ्यधिकोदया deliberations may bring good.
English Commentary
Although this is what I would like to do, please suggest alternative ways of achieving the welfare (of this kingdom). Deliberations by the unbiased (on this issue) may bring good.
