English Translation
सम्यक् rightly, श्रेयसां योक्ता does good, विगृह्य creating dissention, कथारुचि: न not interested in conversation, उत्तरोत्तरयुक्तौ in debates, वाचस्पतिर्यथा like Brihastpati, वक्ता orator.
English Commentary
He helps those who take refuge in him. He is not interested in conversation leading to dissentions. But during debates he is eloquent like Brihaspati (establing the truth on the basis of reasoning).
