English Translation
नृशंसवृत्ते cruelnatured one, व्यसनप्रहारिणि striking one while in difficulties, अद्य now, प्रसह्य् forcibly, यत् वाक्यम् which words, भाषसे you are speaking (with that), ते your, मुखात् from face, दशनाः teeth, सहस्रधा in thousand fragments, विशीर्यमाणाः broken to pieces, केन why, अधः to the ground, न नाम पतन्ति why are they not falling.
English Commentary
O cruelhearted woman, you strike one in adversity. Why are your teeth with which you are now speaking (such harsh words) do not fall to the ground, broken into a thousand fragments?
