English Translation
मम my, सपत्न्या by (my) cowife (Kaikeyi), भाषितम् spoken, अधर्म्यम् unrighteous, वचः words, श्रुत्वा having heard, शोकसन्तप्ताम् stricken with grief, माम् me, विहाय leaving, इतः from here, गन्तुम् to go, नार्हसि does not behove you.
English Commentary
By heeding the unrighteous words of my cowife (Kaikeyi) it does not behove you to leave me griefstricken and go away from here.
